"With 100 employees, In2HR supports our Board of Trustees by providing a part time HR Director for one to two days a month. Our day-to-day HR work is done on-site and the team are guided and supported by the Director to ensure they are working within the legal constraints and acting with best practice in mind. The HR Director provides the strategic advice that we do not have in-house on improving our efficiencies, working practices and long term plans for the future. Although she only works a couple of days a month, we can call on her at any time with a query, so it just like she’s there all the time. It is a useful service which really supports our management team."
